Methodology
Data source: FEHD restaurant licences from DATA.GOV.HK, refreshed daily at 9:00 a.m. HKT.
Randomization: We filter by your selections, exclude blocked records, then uniformly random-pick three restaurants. Reshuffle avoids immediate repeats when possible.
Enrichment: Cuisine, budget, and dining-style tags are manually curated editorial metadata keyed by licence number.

資料來源：DATA.GOV.HK 食環署食肆牌照，每日上午九時更新。
隨機邏輯：按你嘅篩選過濾，排除封鎖記錄，再均勻隨機抽三間；再揀過會盡量避免即刻重複。
編輯分類：菜式、預算、用餐方式係以牌照號碼對應嘅人工標籤。
